David Beaudoin, Canadian Cheese Ambassador, known for his engaging and entertaining approach to cheese education, will lead an immersive cheese tasting session. Chef Rod Butters, will then take the stage to showcase a selection of recipes that put the spotlight on the star ingredient – cheese!
