Now, Chef Rod Butters and Audrey Surrao, the visionary minds behind RauDZ Regional Table, continue to weave their magic at The Okanagan Table. This long table dinner is a heartfelt salute to the legacy of RauDZ, bringing back the flavours and memories that made it an award-winning icon.

Chef Butters, Audrey Surrao, and RauDZ Chef James Hanna will transport you back to the culinary haven that defined an era. The menu, inspired by the spirit of RauDZ, will showcase the same commitment to fresh, local, and comfortable dining that made it a Kelowna favourite. Guest bartender Gerry Jobe will be recreating some of his award-winning cocktails from his time behind the bar at RauDZ.
