A fine dice of peppers, cauliflower, celery, garlic, ginger, zucchini, sliced shiitake mushrooms, tomatoes, baby corn, thai basil, cilantro, coconut milk, vegetable stock, red curry (no fish), kaffir lime leaves.
Container has garnish of diced tofu. Soup is mild to medium spice.
