An evening of spring seafood, shared at our long table.

Joined by everyone’s favourite fishmonger, Jon Crofts of Codfathers Seafood, this long table dinner will showcase the freshest, sustainably sourced seafood of the season. While the menu remains under wraps, each course will be guided by what’s exceptional right now - simple, fresh, and handled with care.

Chef Rod Butters will create a multi-course experience built around the coast, paired with local ingredients and a respect for the product above all else. Audrey Surrao will chart the course for the evening’s beverage pairings, each one thoughtfully matched to the flavours of the sea.

Throughout the evening, Jon will share a few fish tales, stories from the docks, the boats, and the waters these ingredients come from, adding context, character, and a deeper connection to what’s on the plate.

Advance purchase is required. Price per person is $175 plus 20% gratuity and includes multi-course beverage paired dinner. GST will be added at checkout.
