Signature Night: Demo & Dine

A signature experience, rooted in flavours you remember. The Okanagan Table welcomes you back to the dishes that defined an era at RauDZ Regional Table.
This is more than dinner, it’s a return to the food that shaped Okanagan dining. The evening begins with an intimate, behind-the-scenes demonstration with Chefs Rod Butters & James Hanna, where you’ll learn the craft behind one of the restaurant’s most loved signature dishes, our pillowy, melt-in-your-mouth gnocchi. Then we’ll gather at our long table and enjoy a menu of RauDZ classics:
Crab Cappuccino
Venison Carpaccio
Oat Crusted Arctic Char
Caramel Crunch
These are the dishes you know. The ones you remember. The ones you’ve been hoping to taste again. Each course will be paired with beverages, thoughtfully selected by Audrey Surrao to complement the menu.
