Starting Friday, February 27, The Okanagan Table is excited to introduce Chef Rod Butters’ Signature Fridays – a weekly dinner series inspired by the dishes that linger in our memories long after the plates have cleared.

Food trends may come and go, but there is always that one dish. The one you still think about years later.  The one you remember exactly where you were, who you were with, and how it made you feel.  Signature Fridays invites you to revisit those moments – and relive them, one unforgettable Friday at a time.‍ ‍

Each week, Chef Butters revisits the dishes so many guests first fell in love with at  RauDZ Regional Table – dishes that helped make it a culinary destination, but which had already been signature expressions of his cooking for many years prior.  From the Crab Cappuccino and Oat Crusted Arctic Char, to the indulgent Caramel Crunch, every plate reflects the creativity and passion that have defined his celebrated career.‍ ‍

Cocktails and wine are equally part of the story.  Guests are invited to rediscover The Whole Truth, our signature cocktail – a refined twist on a gin and tonic made with TWT Gin, created alongside our friends at Okanagan Spirits.  Savour the iconic fruit martinis, or let Audrey guide you through a curated selection of additional cocktails and wines to complement your evening perfectly. ‍ ‍

Audrey is also opening the cellar, featuring special wines she has been holding onto since the RauDZ days, patiently waiting for the right occasion.  This is it! ‍ ‍

Signature Fridays are a true collaboration, with Chef James Hanna and Audrey Surrao joining Chef Butters in shaping the experience – from the food to the pairings to the thoughtful details that make each evening feel personal and meaningful. ‍ ‍

When you select your Friday and preferred time, our team will contact you in advance to confirm your menu selections, ensuring every bite is tailored to your table.
