Made on a century year old maple sugar bush in Grey Country, Ontario. In an age of plastic tubing, RO technology and fossil fuels, the Love Family remain dedicated to the traditional syrup-maker’s craft: collecting sap in buckets, visiting each tree daily during the season to gather the sap, and boiling in the century-old sugarshack over a fragrant wood fire.
