Friday Night Meatloaf
A meatloaf to rival your moms! Beef, pancetta, herbs, parmesan, BBQ sauce and bacon.

Take meat loaf out of the freezer to defrost. Preheat oven to 350F. Place meat loaf in foil container on a tray and place in the oven uncovered. Cook for 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F. Once cooked serve as you wish, meat loaf serves 2 people. Great cold too!!
