This item is not cooked, please follow instructions for a meat loaf to rival your Moms!
Take meat loaf out of the freezer to defrost. Preheat oven to 350F. Place meat loaf in foil container on a tray and place in the oven uncovered. Cook for 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F. Once cooked serve as you wish, meat loaf serves 2 people. Great cold too!!
