





Cocktails on Bernard - A Sunny's Summer Event with Okanagan Spirits

We’re shaking things up this summer.
Introducing Cocktails on Bernard, a unique culinary experience that reimagines the classic wine-paired dinner with a fresh twist—exceptional cocktails. For one special evening, we’re taking over the vibrant, pedestrian-only Bernard Avenue patio at Sunny’s Modern Diner for a multi-course dinner paired with expertly crafted cocktails from the award-winning Okanagan Spirits Craft Distillery.
Okanagan Spirits was recently honoured at the 2025 World Spirits Awards in Germany with 11 gold and 5 silver medals, and named World-Class Distillery in Worldwide Whisky. Their diverse portfolio includes whisky, gin, vodka, brandy, and fruit liqueurs, all made from 100% BC grain and fruit.
Award-winning chefs Rod Butters and James Hanna will present a seasonally inspired menu designed to complement the spirit-forward pairings. Meanwhile, our in-house wine and cocktail expert Audrey Surrao has already begun crafting and testing cocktails in collaboration with Okanagan Spirits to create a flavour experience worthy of the season.
This is an intimate, open-air dining event that celebrates creativity, community, and the best of the Okanagan’s culinary and craft distilling scene.
Tickets are limited and reservations are essential. The $175 ticket includes a multi-course, cocktail-paired dinner and is subject to 20% gratuity and GST at checkout.
