From the opening of Fresco, through RauDZ Regional Table, to today’s The Okanagan Table, 25 years of dedication have been guided by one philosophy: support local, eat and drink local, and honour the people who grow it.
This milestone evening brings that philosophy together with another enduring legacy - 35 years of exceptional winemaking from Blue Mountain Vineyard and Cellars. Guests will experience a thoughtfully composed, multi-course menu crafted from the region’s finest seasonal ingredients, paired with wines that reflect the depth, character, and terroir of the valley.
Thoughtfully composed and intimately presented, the evening highlights not only exceptional ingredients but the people and partnerships behind them. Each course tells a story, each sip reflects decades of care, and each moment honours the shared spirit of the Okanagan.
