AMT - Braise Pan

Chef Butters uses these pans in his kitchen. They work on gas, electric and convection. The handle is safe to go in the oven and the pan has a non-toxic, non-stick, non-abrasive coating.

This pan is completely non-stick with 5 unique layers of ceramic, anti-corrosion, titanium oxide and aluminum as well as a non-stick layer.
