The name Ailm, drawn from the ancient Irish Tree Language known as Ogham, represents the pine tree and the connection between nature, heritage, and continuity. Just as each Ogham character grows outward from a central line-like branches from a trunk, Ailm Estate continues to grow with vision, sustainability, and innovation at its core.
Join us at The Okanagan Table for an exclusive Long Table Dinner celebrating Ailm Estate’s exceptional sparkling wines along with a few cellar surprises - crafted to embody the brightness, depth, and vitality of the Okanagan. Each effervescent pour will be thoughtfully paired with a multi-course menu created exclusively for the evening by award-winning Chef Rod Butters.
